Some Facts About Guide Alliance Leveling

By Jigs Sahota

To level up in World of Warcraft, an alliance or horde character has several options in how to go about it. One main way that people choose to level is by killing as many beasts, humanoids and general enemies as possible. The other is to finish every single quest available to that character. Both can take time or go quickly. Mixing them together is the quickest and easiest way to level. Guide alliance leveling is not difficult, especially if you have joined a guild of helpful individuals.

Remember that when you are not playing, you should leave your character in an inn or city or at home, so that they will gain rest points. These are perfect for leveling because they make your experience points go up for every kill.

As you take care of the first jobs you are given, you will inevitably be asked to kill monsters, humanoids or enemy humans. You should always kill as many of these characters as you can, not stopping once you have met the specified quota. Keep going until you are tired of killing them.

Mass killing are a great way to get some good experience points and the more experience points you get, the faster you level up. Loot all that you can from the enemies you kill. You will need the gold for healing potions, mana - if you use it - and food. You will also pick up some good armor.

You should always try to replace the armor you have with better equipment often. If you have good armor, you are protected and can fight higher level beasts. The higher the level, the more experience points you get. Some of the characters have a skull and crossbones next to their characters icon and name. You should avoid these, as they will kill you with one or two strikes. Their level is too much higher than yours for you to handle. Go for enemies whose level is colored in red. They will give you the maximum amount of experience.

Yellow is okay, green is the minimum experience points you can get and gray is no experience points at all. Do not go on mass killings of gray characters unless they have quest items or they drop items that sell for a high price at the auction house.

Dungeons and battlegrounds are good for getting experience and gaining levels. They are also excellent areas to get rare items and gear that can be sold. Your character will get honor points in battlegrounds which will let them purchase excellent gear, some of the best in the game.

A guild will usually help you level quickly because they will lend their expertise and higher level characters to run you through dungeons and dangerous areas. Partying with someone does split the experience points but if the character helping you is high enough, they will not get or need the experience and your character will get it all.
