4 Tactical Power Leveling Guides In W.O.W.

By Jeff Yuan

It can get frustrating really quick when you play your favorite video game for hours on end and still can't seem to win at it. No matter who you are, you can't beat World of Warcraft in one sitting. However, there are some ways that you can speed up your power leveling campaigns to make the most efficient use of your time.

What you will need to do is to make sure you install any add-ons that help. One of the better ones is called Quest Helper, and it's a great download by any stretch of the imagination. The reason for this high praise is that it shows you the best way to finish multiple quests. Another add-on is Titan Panel, giving you a glimpse of all your stats, time left to level up, exp. points and gold.

Another couple of add-ons you have to play with are the Gatherer and Auctioneer add-ons. This combination will help ensure that you are creating wealth as you train. Of course, there are more than these mere four add-ons to use, be sure you investigate what else helps power leveling.

Just like in real life, you need goals and a plan to really make it in WOW. That being said, you need to spend some time researching and planning your build. Without a plan, you're wasting time. You need to start out doing your homework on different skills that you can acquire that will help you with power leveling. Once you know the skills you need, plan accordingly and get what you need.

A third strategy to expedite your attempt to power level is simply to complete the quests. Don't do what the other beginners do - waste time by finishing one quest and then returning for the reward. This drains your time and will make it more difficult for you to level your character. There is a much better way.

To really get serious about power leveling, accept every quest you can in your vicinity, then use your Quest Helper add-on to figure out how to do them all in the quickest fashion. Quests are fun and really keep things moving, but more importantly - they are what will get you the experience and items you need to advance.

The fourth and last tactical tip for power leveling is to be sure you make yourself a personalized track list. Use Windows Media Player to put some fire underneath you before you start grinding. This will help eliminate you wasting time with switching over and flipping to the next track or music channel, and will make your grinding that much more fun!
